Who we are looking for

We are looking for a service-minded and solution-oriented Support Specialist who is passionate about creating a first-class user experience. To succeed in this role, we believe you have:

  • Experience in customer support, preferably in an IT-related field.
  • A strong combination of problem-solving skills and customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Experience with Zendesk or similar tools.
  • A technically curious mindset and an interest in streamlining support processes.
  • Ability to work on-site at Velory's office in central Stockholm.

What the role entails

As a Support Specialist at Velory, you will be a key player in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our customers and partners. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Support and troubleshooting – Manage and resolve incoming inquiries from customers and partners via email, chat, and phone.
  • Order management – Process and administer customer and partner orders.
  • Case follow-up – Ensure prompt and efficient handling of support cases in accordance with our SLAs.
  • Collaboration with internal teams – Work closely with Success, Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams to escalate and resolve issues.
  • Process improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline and automate our support workflows.
  • Analysis and reporting – Provide monthly statistics and trend analyses to improve our work.

The position is full-time and requires presence at the office in Stockholm. Support hours are weekdays from 09:00 to 17:00. Are you the one we are looking for?
